As a practicing master saddler I do carry out all saddle repairs and saddle work myself. Full panel reflocks, new girth webs/straps, tree checks etc and I do love engaging myself with the thought processes and attention to detail required to produce really great leatherwork and the thrill of the finished product but alas I rarely have time to hunker down at my work bench these days. So as capable and enthusiastic as I am I do have to be realistic and now refer all clients looking for bridle/leather work commissions, alterations and repairs to the very lovely and accommodating Helen Jones at Pax Equestrian.
